- **Event Description**: Join us at a our annual Tree Lighting Ceremony! The event takes place in front of the Kentwood Library starting with the new stationary holiday parade. There will also be a snow globe photo booth, hot chocolate, and of course a visit from Santa! Warm up  inside for a ballet performance by the Michigan Ballet Academy and crafts courtesy of the KDL Kentwood staff. Dolce Mini Cakes and Dune Buggy food trucks will also be on site with food and beverages for purchase.

We will be accepting non-perishable food donations for our Little Free Pantry to help us through the winter season.

Stationary Holiday Parade will begin at 6pm.
New this year! In place of a traditional parade, we will be staging a stationary parade in the parking lot of the KDL Kentwood Branch Library. Parade viewers can walk through the lot and view the floats, vehicles, and parade entries on display. Attendees will get an opportunity to vote for their favorite entry. The entry with the most votes will win a prize!
