Vision Boards Night!

To truly hone in on your 2026 vision and dream, I always start with a Word of the year. But how do I get started? What is it?First off, a word of the year is NOT a resolution. It is your constant (yet gentle) reminder to focus on creating positive change.

How to choose your word, there are 2 ways that have worked best for me:

Option 1 - Grab a piece of paper and make two columns. On one side, write down everything that went well over the past year. On the other side, write what you would like to change.Review the side that lists what went well. How do these things make you feel? What do you want more of?2. Choose one to five words that really speak to how you want your year to feel. Nouns, verbs, anything works—just words that feel good to you. Don't get caught up in the grammar.Review them all together, then narrow it down to the one you know in your heart you need more.

Option 2- Write down everything you want to accomplish this year or work on; this includes career & personal.2. Next, you will highlight all the goals with the same underlying theme. Use a different highlighter color for each theme. You will start to see very soon what theme stands out the most!

What do I bring?BYOB - bring your own board! But what type of board?- Printer paper- Poster board ( any size ) You can get these at Fred Meyer or any office supply store.- Foam boards- MAGAZINES! - Any types, I always say bring at least 3. The great part is we can all share the magazines once someone is finished. You can also get these from any local store- Printed photos - things you want on your vision board that you don't want from a magazine or if you prefer to use your own photosWhat goes on my board?- ANYTHING!- I always put my board into quadrants, but this is your board, so you can do it any way you want! Here is usually how I divvy mine up.-Family-Health-Wealth-Career-Fun-Destinations/VacationsWhat is already provided?- Pens- Markers- Glue- Scissors- Wine- Water- Food/snacks- A space for you to design your best 2026 ✨❤✨Again I am so excited to see you all, and please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any questions. ❤
