You will not simply listen to the sound. You will feel it move around you, beneath you, and through you. Throughout the evening, singing bowls, chimes, drums, gongs, and other therapeutic instruments create an immersive soundscape designed to quiet the mind, support the nervous system, and open space for deeper awareness. During the second portion of the experience, many of the instruments are played directly over and around your body, allowing you to experience the sound and vibration in an even more personal and powerful way. Throughout the sound immersion, our healing practitioners also move quietly around the room, offering tuning fork adjustments, Reiki, and Thai yoga massage. These moments of individualized attention are woven into the larger experience, allowing you to receive both the collective power of the soundscape and direct hands-on or energetic support.
