A licensed professional clinical counselor supervisor, educator, and program architect, she has built her career around empowering people to regulate stress, process trauma, and reclaim agency.​Rachael’s background spans school-based mental health, private practice, crisis intervention, and counselor education at Kent State University, where she teaches and supervises master’s and doctoral students.
