In this immersive module, we explore how vitality is built, how imbalance develops, and how early awareness supports prevention.

Together, we’ll explore:

• Agni, Ama, and Ojas — digestion, toxins, and vitality
• The Ayurvedic disease process (for educational understanding only)
• The Six Stages of Disease and early signs of imbalance
• Preventative approaches to balance and daily self-care
• Dosha-specific rituals and restorative practices
• Introduction to Abhyanga (self-oil massage)
• Creation of a personalized oil blend to support ongoing balance

This module blends foundational knowledge with practical, embodied application.

No prior experience necessary.
