WHAT:  Counter Culture Fashion Show Winning Designs Exhibition

WHEN:  Saturday, November 22nd. 7-9pm.  Opening Reception
-First, Second, and Third Winners of the November 15 Fashion Show will be presented.
-Music by The DeadWaits
-Belly Dance performance by Katie Makita and Guests
-Food and Beverages
-Exhibit up through December 6, 2025

WHERE:  THE SRCA GALLERY
-  300 N. Water St., Suite H,  Downtown Kent, OH  44240

DESCRIPTION:  The Fabric Pantry held a Fashion Show last week in the Kent State University Ballroom.  17 Designers participated.  Judging Criteria was based on 

1. Integration of Theme
2.  Technical Ability
3.  Overall Rating

The Winners were:

1.  Cory Hempleman
2.  Amy Zink
3.  Sierra Thurber

The theme of the show was Counterculture:  A Study of Resistance Through Fashion

About The Fabric Pantry:  The Fabric Pantry is a non profit organization by students, for students.  The Mission is to provide free fabric for designers and creatives at Kent State University.

Standing Rock Cultural Arts is in the midst of its Annual Membership Drive and Fundraiser.  Through December 6, 20025
