- **Event Description**: Using a chair to support the body when needed, we'll explore the unlimited realm of possibilities for yoga off the floor. This class is accessible for anyone with knee, hip, vertigo or any other challenges that make getting up and down from the floor unpleasant.

This class will be tailored to the participants and will include seated and standing poses, breathwork, meditation and more. Not only gentle, but strengthening too!

Tuesdays 2 - 3pm

Pre-registration strongly suggested. $10 - 12 suggested, no one turned away for lack of funds, join anytime.

Alicia has been teaching Yoga since 2005 and has taught Chair Yoga in retirement communities, assisted living facilities and privately. She also teaches Hatha, Yin, and Restorative Yoga and facilitates Sound Meditation. In 2019, she moved from Sacramento, CA to Kent, OH.
