This amazing and unique event will combine a trio of relaxation formats to help bring a sense of overall calming and well-being to you.

* Learn several breathing techniques to shift the Autonomic Nervous System from a sympathetic (tired & wired, fight or flight) to a para-sympathetic state (rest & digest) for those who suffer from anxiety and stress.
* Nidra yoga (yogic sleep) a guided meditation reaching the first stage of consciousness between awake and asleep creating a relaxation response of the mind and body.
* Sound bath to finish out the evening with crystal singing bowls, chimes and gong to manage stress by soothing the mind by blocking out ideas and thoughts in your consciousness as you connect with your body. Encouraging healing and well-being.

What to bring: mat, water and wear comfortable clothing and pillow if you prefer over a bolster.

The studio has bolsters and blankets, but you are encouraged to bring your own if you are more comfortable with that.
