The official rules and codex cutoff date, excluding the Special Edition Box Codex, is November 8, 2025. The list must be submitted for review by November 13, 2025, at 11:59 PM.

The ticket price is $30 for pre-registration and $35 on the day of the event—awards for the Top 3 Bracket Placings (Cash Prize), Best Painted General Competition (Paint Set), Player Voted Best Sportsmanship (Prize Box), and a Baron of Dice swag bag and Battleshock/Condition dice for all entries.

The tournament organizer must approve proxies before submission of the list. The models must be the same size as the proxied model. Painting is not required; however, it will be used for tiebreaker placements in the Top 3 bracket awards.
