These 60 minute yoga sessions are designed for all levels, no prior yoga experience is necessary.

Enhance proprioception and interoception, identify and resolve asymmetry, tone key core muscles, and activate hip and pelvic mobility necessary for an independent and able seat. Learn helpful breathwork that supports a calm and focused nervous system.

$25/per person. BYO-M (bring your own mat). We'll find our zen outside on the grass, or the patio, whenever the weather permits. Indoors in the lounge/viewing room when the weather chases us inside. Post-yoga lattes or mimosas are on the house :) 

Courtney Colella is a certified yoga instructor with over 800 accredited Katonah yoga and yoga therapy training hours.
