This free group is open to all families with babies under 12 months of age. Whether you're breastfeeding, pumping, bottle feeding, combination feeding, starting solids, or just trying to figure out this whole parenting thing, you're welcome here.

Each meeting includes a featured discussion topic, but there's always time for your questions too! Common topics include:
• Is my baby getting enough milk?
• Feeding positions and latch basics
• Pumping and bottle feeding
• Starting solids
• Infant sleep and feeding expectations
• Navigating the ups and downs of parenthood

More than anything, this group is about connection. It's a place to meet other parents, share experiences, celebrate wins, ask questions, and remember that you are not alone.

While the group is facilitated by a lactation student, this is a peer support space and not a substitute for individualized medical or lactation care. General education and encouragement are provided, but families needing personalized support should connect with their healthcare providers.

We also ask everyone to help us maintain a welcoming and confidential environment. Many parents share personal experiences, and we want this to remain a safe space where everyone feels comfortable showing up exactly as they are.
