We’ll begin by slowing down, reflecting, and setting a personal intention for the new lunar cycle. Lacey will then guide you through a soulful vinyasa practice, giving that intention movement, energy, and life. From there, Carly will lead us through an expansive breathwork journey, helping us breathe into what we’re calling forward and create space for something new.

This practice isn’t about finding perfect balance. It’s about noticing what needs more of you, what needs less, and what might shift when you stop abandoning yourself to keep the peace.

We’ll close with time for rest, integration, and a special New Moon keepsake to carry your intention beyond the evening.

Come ready to move, breathe, feel, and begin again. All levels are welcome.
