With the light of the Full Moon high above us we can use its energies to release all that no longer serves us so we can create space for the things that do! 5000-year-old Tantric yoga text regarded the Moon as the source of immortality, a giver of vital energy and by using this sequence under the Full Moon you can help replenish your energies and understand yourself in new ways.
