This isn't about setting goals or making plans, instead it's about reminding yourself of your best qualities and making a board you can get inspired by whenever you look at it. We'll be tapping into the 1/11 magic as we make these inspiration boards, setting ourselves up for the BEST YEAR EVER!!! All tools will be provided. ~  
 
What is Lifted Dharma Circle? 

Lifted~ to elevate yourself and others

Dharma~ an individual's duty or purpose; the basic principles of cosmic or individual existence.

Circle~ a group of people with a shared purpose to support and uplift one another.

Lifted Dharma Circle is a gathering of supportive individuals where we can share inspiring practices and heartfelt understandings while forming a supportive bond and holding safe space for one another. We’ll gather to discuss yoga philosophy, chanting, shared experiences, education like nutrition and meditation, as well as rituals and practices to help you evolve. This is a safe space for like-minded spirits to come together and share enlightenment.

Each month a different theme and a different offering, all to help you expand and be your best self!
