- **Event Description**: Join us for an immersive Yoga experience where we deep dive Yoga philosophy and its teachings. We’ll be spending 45 hours spread over 5 weekends together reading, studying and discussing the Yoga Sutras, its philosophy, breathwork, meditation, chanting, Ayurveda and so much more! Yoga is more than poses and this course aims to guide you into the teachings and practices that can inspire you to live your best life beyond the mat!
 
This course takes place with Lifted’s 200hour Yoga Certification Course and is open to seasoned yoga teachers or brand-new yogis!
 
We’ll be reading two books together with take home exercises to help you deepen your understanding and integrate these Yoga teaching into your life. Books are purchased separately. 
 
This workshop takes place on the following weekends at the following dates and times:
Time: 1130-4pm 
November 22nd and 23rd
December 6th and 7th
January 3rd, 4th, 17th, 18th, 31st and
February 1st 
 
Total investment for the workshop is only $300!!
