We will have a very special session with a Breakthrough Breathwork Session followed by a Cold Plunge available to anyone who registers. No experience necessary. We will guide your through the whole experience. This class is not intended for pregnant women or anyone with a history of seizures or uncontrolled heart disease, stroke, or untreated blood pressure, severe Raynaud’s syndrome. Group cold plunge not for anyone with active infection or skin wounds.
