Join us for a deeply nourishing half-day retreat at the studio that blends ancient practices of meditation, sound healing, and storytelling. Led by Swami Yatidharmananda from India who has been a Monk for over 25 years (his ancestors created Yoga Nidra) and special guest Chumki from Portland, this special immersive experience will help connect you to inner peace, purpose, and presence. We are so excited to share this deeply grounding and healing experience with you. Please wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat and water, and anything you need to feel grounded during meditation.

Schedule:
11:00am Yoga Nidra & Meditation
12:45pm Mantra Sound Bath
2:00pm Yogic Wisdom, Stories, Interactive Q&A
2:45pm Closing Circle

$50 per person (Profits made will go to the Ashram where Swami resides and serves.)
