SILVER:Equally inspired by Laurel Canyon and Greenwich Village, Los Angeles-based singer and songwriter Arielle Silver is a masterful storyteller whose songs are rich with imagery, empathy, and insight. Her new 10-song collection, Watershed, draws on watershed moments in woodsy and watery places like Venice beach, the Florida coast and the Appalachian trail.
Silver's rich lyrics, folk-pop artistry, and enchanting stagecraft have earned her recognition at SERFA (Official Showcase Artist), South Florida Folk Festival (Songwriting Award Winner), Tucson Folk Festival (2x Finalist), International Acoustic Music Awards (2nd Place), ASCAP Plus Awards (3x Recipient), among other accolades. Watershed's singles and official videos premiered in The Bluegrass Situation, Americana Highways, and Twangville, and spent 18 weeks on the Americana Music Charts. Her Pushcart Prize-nominated essays and prize-winning poetry have been published in Lilith Magazine, Momence, and other literary magazines. www.ariellesilvermusic.com
DUNBAR: Hope Dunbar is a singer-songwriter known for her blend of Americana and country-folk sounds. Hailing from Utica, Nebraska, she has been a pioneer of what she calls "New American Prairie style," crafting semi-autobiographical songs that transform everyday life into art. Her work has garnered recognition, including being a three-time finalist at the Kerrville New Folk Song Contest.
After residing in a small town in Nebraska, Dunbar relocated to New Jersey, bringing her unique "Big Sky sound" to the East Coast. She has opened for national artists and has been a part of shows with Asbury Park musicians. She also co-hosts a weekly podcast, "Prompt Queens," where she and her sister-in-law write a new song each week based on a specific prompt.
Dunbar's latest album, "Happily Ever Elsewhere," was released on August 1st, 2025. The album, which was supported by a Kickstarter campaign, features collaborations with artists such as Darrell Scott, Eliza Gilkyson, and Cory Branan.
SMUCKER: Jessica Smucker believes that the best way to change the world is to channel our pain into connection. Her songs have a way of reaching deeply into people’s souls and inviting the kind of reflection that feels both reassuring and unsettling. Wrapped in catchy melodies, her lyrics appear simple and relatable on the surface, but each listen will uncover more hidden pockets of nuance. She’s the kind of writer and performer who can lull a noisy room into a hush with a single line.
Based in Lancaster, PA, Jessica was raised in the Mennonite faith tradition by a family full of storytellers, activists, adventurers, and pranksters. She has toured nationwide and performs regularly throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Northeastern U.S. Her discography spans from 2008-2022 and includes two EPs and three full-length albums. Between the summers of 2021-2022 she released five more singles, including synth-pop anthems “Dinosaurs,” “Rose of Jericho,” and “Phoenix,” and piano ballads “Stones to Throw” and “War of Attrition.” She plans to release a singles compilation later this year, and has several other recording projects in the works.Jessica has won or placed in several national songwriting contests including SolarFest’s Singer/Songwriter Showcase Competition, the Connecticut Folk Festival Song Competition, and the Mid-Atlantic Song Contest. In her life beyond music, Jessica is a published poet and essayist, a social justice warrior, a freakishly good Scrabble player, and mother to two of the smartest people she’s ever met in real life!
