Randy Way: I am a singer songwriter from Philadelphia who tells a story with more drama more depth and more belting. I have been compared to those of the oldies like Frankie Lymon and Valli as well as Adele and Sam Smith. Ripe Enough is a grunge/ alt rock band from Pennsylvania founded in early 2025. The bands members consist of lead singer and guitarist Stella Tasudis, guitarist Cooper Oldham, bassist Jonah Maliakel and drummer Wesley Hetzler. Ride the Linespecializes in a unique blend of original music and popular rock covers, providing soaring melodies and emotional lyrics which provides an unforgettable live performance that resonates with diverse audiences. The 2025 New Summer Sounds Series at The Kennett Flash is designed to highlight new local artists and provide a professional venue to showcase their talent as they compete in a Battle of the Bands format show where our finalists will compete for a $400 prize, 4 hours of recording time, and a chance to headline their own performance at The Kennett Flash! The series will feature three (3) semi-final rounds, and one final round where our three (3) finalists will compete for: a $400 grand prize (sponsored by The Mattock School of Music) 4 hours of recording time at The Mattock School of Music a chance to headline your own performance at The Kennett Flash! Winners are chosen by a panel of judges made up of artists, volunteers, board and staff. For the semi-final rounds, each artist will perform 3-4 songs. For the final round, each artist will perform for 30 minutes. ---------------------------------------------- An online processing fee of $1.50 per ticket is automatically added to your order for online purchases.
