Just one pair of sleeves please. 60s to complete your attempt. Down command when locked out and stable. Deadlift Wear any protective equipment you wish. Suits ok, raw ok,, any straps ok. 60s to compete your lift. Down command when shoulders back and knees locked out. T-shirts and medals for all. Trophies for the Winner of each category. Refunds only given if comp is cancelled. Not if you pull out.
