Begins at 10am on Saturday and ends at 9pm on Sunday.
Early Bird Rate: $89 (good until Thanksgiving)
After Thanksgiving: $95
The cost includes:
• Approximately 9 square feet of scrapbook space - You'll likely have 4' x 27" of table space. (Table shapes may vary.)
• Free gift

• Demonstrations and optional classes
• Easy unloading with NO STAIRS
• Wifi available.
The cost does not include:
• Food. All meals are on your own and there are so many options. See below about food details.
• Overnight accommodations. If you choose to stay overnight at the hotel, I have a room block at a discounted rate of $139 plus taxes. (I'll email the room block link once you are registered and paid for my event.)
• Parking. The hotel charges $6 for parking for overnight guests. Day parkers are not charged.
Important info about FOOD:
• Meals will be on your own.
• Other than hotel water service, no meals, snacks, or beverages will be provided at the crop.
• The hotel’s restaurant will be open for breakfast and then for dinner from 5pm-10pm.
• There are so many nearby restaurants… even in walking distance, or a very short drive.
• You ARE allowed to bring food and beverages from home and store it in our ballroom. However you CANNOT eat food from outside the hotel IN the ballroom as it competes with the hotel's catering service.
• You may eat outside food in the lovely patio area or in the dining area of the hotel at lunch time (when the restaurant is not open).
