- **Event Description**: On this Saturday morning during the City Nature Challenge, we will take a walk at the preserve and look for flowers, insects, lizards hanging out in the trees, the trees themselves, and all the other wonderful lives at the preserve - our nature neighbors. We will be documenting what we find in iNaturalist, adding to the total number of observations for City Nature Challenge.

Please register as "going" at our Facebook page if you plan to join us, because we need to plan for how many will attend. Remember to bring water! And a camera, if you like. We will show you how to use iNaturalist on your smartphone if you are new to the app - or you could just walk with us without using iNaturalist. 

The walk is planned from 9:00-10:30am. We sometimes run a little overtime, but we'll make sure you get back to the parking lot by 10:30 if you need to. And if you are recording observations for City Nature Challenge and want to keep going, then you're absolutely welcome to stay as long as you wish (until 10pm!).
