Vendor FAQS and Information

What to Expect at Small Business and Community Expo:

• Will be an indoor event consisting of various businesses.
• Registered vendors must provide their own tablecloth, games, giveaways, prizes, promotional materials, etc.

Business Vendor Booth FAQ?s:

• To make space for everyone, vendors must restrict their event displays, supplies & activities to a 3 by 5 section of a 10 foot table ONLY .
  

1. When will I receive more information regarding my vendor booth location? Will spaces
   be pre-assigned or first-come, first-served? Details will be finalized 2 weeks prior to
   the event. Notification location will be provided at that time. BizDiversity reserves the
   right to move vendors as needed.
   
2. Will electricity or Wi-Fi be provided? No electricity or Wi-Fi will be provided beyond
   what's available at the venue
   
3. Can I sell or giveaway pre-prepared snacks / food samples at the event? All registered vendors are responsible for their own King County Health Department permitting
   Yes, all approved licensed/registered business vendors can sell merchandise at the event. Please bring your own payment processing equipment, portable chargers and mobile hot spot if needed.
   
4. Can I have more than one table? No, eligible businesses are permitted to use one half of a 10 foot table per registrant.
   
5. How many attendees are expected to come to this event? It's hard to estimate, but we are hoping for LOTS! Please help us promote this fun, free, community celebration by inviting your friends, neighbors, family and co-workers.
