The Power of Community is more powerful than we realize.

During this workshop, we will EMBODY the power of community through:

~creative writing
~guided meditation
~song circle singing
~open discussion
~authentic connection
~community collaboration

Join us for our first monthly workshop to create ripples of love from our hearts to our community within and beyond this workshop.

~ Workshop offered by Amanda Bridges (founder of Ripple Effect Wellness and Ripple Effect Wellness Retreat)
~ What to bring: water bottle, journal
~ All ages welcome!
~ Refreshments will be provided

**Please arrive between 1-1:30pm. We will begin promptly at 1:30pm.

Exchange for attendance: $30/person, free for anyone under age 18. No one will be turned away.
