You shop from the grocery list I provide, show up with your ingredients and a cooler, and we put everything together. You leave with 10 "raw" freezer meals ready to go in your freezer. No daily planning, no guesswork, no stress. What you get from me: My freezer meal knowledge. I guide you every step of the way.
