This workshop will primarily focus on movements for low back, pelvic and hip pain and learning how to decrease tension to the pelvic floor. 
 
Madisen Bergh is a pelvic floor physical therapist and founder of Spring Physical Therapy. She has over 10 years of experience and specializes in working with women from pregnancy to post-menopause. She is excited to share the pelvic pain focused workshop which will primarily focus on breathwork through your ribcage and diaphragm, coordination of your breath and pelvic floor, hip and lumbar mobility and decreasing tension to the pelvis. The goal is to to help improve your yoga practice and improve your movement in daily life.
