In this session, Katie will break down the foundations of rider confidence, both on the ground and in the saddle, and show you how to build habits that support your mindset and your riding through the winter months ahead.
As riders, it’s easy to lose motivation when the nights draw in, focus drops as the weather turns, and training feels harder to keep consistent especially with time so tight. Confidence wobbles and dips in enthusiasm happen to all of us whether you’re out competing or just enjoying time in the saddle especially during the winter time when we may not get to ride as much as we'd like.
We’ll explore:

✅ How training your body directly supports your mindset in the saddle
✅ Practical tools for managing daylight hours, keeping your focus and motivation
✅ How to set clear, achievable goals to carry you into 2026 with confidence and focus to make the most out of winter
