​An evening of breathwork (pranayama), meditation, sacred sound, yin yoga and soothing somatic practises. Themed around self compassion and acceptance - this is an invitation to give your body, mind and soul some L O V E.​
In yin yoga we hold poses for 3-5 minutes, using props to support so that you can relax into the pose. The focus is more on the connective tissue, joints and fascia helping to promote circulation, sustainability and flexibility (although you absolutely do not have to be 'flexible'- there are variations of all poses to meet your bodies individual needs).
Mats and props provided, just bring a cushion and blanket. Wear comfy clothes and bring an extra layer to cosy up for the sound bath 😊
The session is in the studio upstairs at Westmorland Crossfit. There is disabled access. When you enter reception use the stairs or the lift on the right to go upstairs. If using the stairs the studio will be on your right. If using the lift the studio will be on your left.
Free parking is available for the duration of the event. Please take a photo or remember your reg plate as I'll need to record and share these with parking enforcement.
