4th Annual Sources of Strength Color Run

Join us for the 4th annual Sources of Strength Color Walk/Run! This is a FREE community event for all ages!

The Sources of Strength Color Run is a vibrant event where you can run, walk, or skip through a rainbow of colors. Get ready to be splashed with hues of happiness as you make your way through the course. It's not just a run, it's a celebration of strength, prevention and community!

About the Sources of Strength Program:

The Sources of Strength program is being offered in many schools throughout the Kenai Peninsula Borough School District. The mission of the Sources of Strength program is to prevent adverse outcomes by increasing wellbeing, help-seeking, resiliency, healthy coping, and belonging.

This is a family fun event - come and enjoy the colors, physical activity, music, food, prizes, and FUN! Thank you to all the wonderful vendors, school staff, youth, and partners that are working hard to put this event on!

Event Details:

• The course is 3 miles long and will start and finish at the Kenai Middle School front entrance parking lot (201 N Tinker Ln, Kenai, AK 99611)
• Select the number of tickets for each person in your group
• Registration opens at 11 AM at the Kenai Middle School front entrance parking lot
• Walk/Run Start is at 12 PM at the Kenai Middle School front entrance parking lot
• Early bird registration will ensure a FREE Color Run T-shirt (If you register day-of there are no guarantees for t-shirts, FCFS).
• Pre-Event t-shirt pick up will be available from 6-8 pm on 9/12
• Hot Dogs, chips, and beverages will be provided FREE following the walk/run
• Please stick around after the walk/run to engage with the amazing vendors at the event - we will have activities, music, food, giveaways and door prizes (must be present to win)
