You're invited to a Bird-inspired holiday market!! AND so much more! We are so excited to celebrate both Birds and the holiday season with you at our upcoming Wings & Wonder Event!
On December 6th at the Nature Center, you're in for a sweet treat! There will be Birds (yes, live bird ambassadors with Nature's Educators), a Bird-inspired artisan market where you can do all your holiday shopping for the Bird lovers in your life, Bird walks, Birding and photos with Santa, Winter Bird feeding workshops, and live, nature-inspired music!
This event is a one-day holiday festival where it's more than just an event, it's an opportunity to come together and celebrate community, conservation, and connection with nature! It's a day to not only get into the holiday spirit, but also in the spirit of hope. The hope that we are continually building as we grow this collective of earth stewards and lovers.
Here is the schedule for the day's events:
~A very special holiday gift fair featuring local artisans inspired by birds and nature (all day)
~Live music (10AM-12PM)
~Birding and photos with Santa (9-11:30AM and 12-2:45PM)
~Toddler storytime and cocoa (9:30AM)
~Live birds from Nature's Educators (all day)
~Educational and artistic activities for adults and children of all ages (all day)
~Winter bird feeding workshops (10AM, 11AM, 1PM, 2PM)
~Joy of Birdwatching (9AM, 11AM, 1PM)
~Family Bird Walk (10AM, 12PM)
~Dippers on Ice (9:30AM, 11:30AM, 1:30PM)
~Mindfulness in Nature (tentative) (10AM, 12PM)
