The Second Spring: An Embodied Midlife Series is your invitation to step fully into this next chapter with curiosity, humour, and grace. Over 4 weeks, we’ll move, breathe, reflect, and laugh together — exploring body changes, emotions, and the wisdom that comes with this season of life.

Leave each session feeling stronger, lighter, and more in tune with your wild, wise, unapologetically alive self.

4 Sessions - Overview:

1️⃣ The Second Spring Begins – Body awareness, grounding, and reframing physical changes
2️⃣ Rooted in Truth – Emotional intensity, grief, anger, and reclaiming voice
3️⃣ The Womb & the Wise Body – Pelvic/uterine health, body trust, and emotional integration
4️⃣ Rising into the Elder – Caregiving, boundaries, and embodying wise-woman power

Participants will leave the series with:

* A deeper understanding and acceptance of their changing bodies
* Tools to navigate emotions, anger, and mood shifts with clarity
* Connection to personal power, wisdom, and authentic voice
* Practical practices for embodied regulation and reflection
* Inspiration to navigate this stage of life with curiosity, confidence, and grace
