Join us for a free and engaging Advance Care Planning Workshop presented by Beth Donovan Hospice and Compassionate North Grenville.

Advance care planning is about thinking about your values and wishes for future health and personal care, identifying who will speak for you if you can’t speak for yourself, and sharing those wishes with the people who matter most. It’s a conversation that can evolve and be updated throughout your life.

This session will be facilitated by Melissa Hill, RN, an experienced educator and Advance Care Planning facilitator.
