Buckle Presentation & Christmas dinner weekend event!!
Come on over to the Reserve this weekend for a fun filled event. Feel free to camp Saturday night, byo shower!! Sorry, no showers on site yet. We will be Team Penning on Saturday afternoon/evening and Arena sorting on Sunday morning.
Eungai P and C will be running a fundraising canteen for the weekend - afternoon tea, Christmas Dinner, Brekky and Smoko on Sunday. Eat up and support our local primary school kids and their families.
Christmas dinner will be $25 for adults and $15 for kids and includes a Dinner Plate of assorted dishes, Dessert and a Drink. Similar to last year, which was awesome!
If you are going to be there for dinner, please put a comment below this post with some numbers so we can give the P and C a rough guide as to how many people they are likely to be catering for. This would be much appreciated.
Event Details:
Saturday - Team Penning - Sign on from 3pm till 4pm.
Buckle Presentations will be done from 4pm before we
start the Team Penning event.
Classes will be Open 1, Youth, Hatdraw, and Open 2.
3 Runs per rider per class.
Adults - $10 cattle levy per day & $10 per run all classes.
Youth - $5 cattle levy per day & $5 per run in the Youth class, $10 per run in all other classes.
Sunday - Arena Sorting - Sign on from 8am till 8.45am for a
9.00am Start.
Classes will be Open 1, Youth, Hatdraw, and Open 2.
