Make this the feel-good morning of your week. We work on general qigong moves, postures and are presently learning Taiji Shibshi and Yi Jin Jing. It's wonderful to see the improvement this gentle yet profound form of exercise brings about. People commonly experience improvement in balance, flexibility, strength and general mood as well as improved sleep quality.
All are welcome to join at any stage. Movements are suitable for many disabilities. Full instruction is given and moves are quickly learnt. This is a very friendly class and we love to welcome new people.
Jane is a fully qualified instructor of Qigong who trained with and is a member of British Health Qigong Association affiliated to the International Health Qigong Federation.
Jane gives regular Qigong lessons in The Scottish Borders, and is also a Hypnotherapist and Life Coach.
