This two-day, in-person course is open to therapists, dentists, and practice owners. The total cost is £995 for dentists and practice owners, and £795 for dental therapists. A 10% deposit is required (£99.50 or £79.50) to secure your place.
The course includes in-depth teaching of biomimetics techniques and technology as well as live observation of private check-ups and direct composite restorations by therapists. Dentists and practice owners will also see how therapists can be utilised to full scope with therapist-led care, while dental therapists will have the opportunity to shadow therapists at the Gentle Touch.

To equip delegates with advanced skills in performing long-lasting composite restorations, focusing on the principles of biomimetic dentistry to enhance clinical outcomes.
To provide hands-on training in caries and fracture removal, optimal dentine bonding, Ribbond application and photography, and the correct application of materials for optimal function and aesthetics.
To empower dental therapists with the knowledge to deliver therapist-led care, allowing them to manage composite restorations independently and confidently.
To provide valuable shadowing opportunities where delegates can observe real-time composite restoration procedures and therapist-led care, learning from experienced practitioners.
To showcase therapist-led care to practice owners and dentists and the benefits to the team and patients.
The shadowing period in the schedule allows delegates to see first-hand how the biomimetics skills and techniques discussed throughout the course are implemented in a live, clinical environment. Participants will also observe Gentle Touch therapists in their treatment of patients using therapist-led care, learning how to manage their time, approach clinical decision-making, and interact with patients. This practical experience will reinforce the course’s teachings and give delegates the confidence to implement these techniques with their own patients.
