This Valentine’s Day, treat yourself—and someone you love—to an unforgettable afternoon of pure relaxation and connection inside the magical Room & Pillar Salt Cave.

Surrounded by glowing Himalayan salt walls and bathed in calming salt air, you’ll be guided through a deeply restorative Yin Yoga practice led by Aleena McKinnon of Buddha Beats Yoga. This class is all about slowing down, letting go, and reconnecting—with yourself, your breath, and the present moment.

We’ll begin with aromatherapy to settle the mind and awaken the senses. From there, we’ll move gently through heart-opening postures—strong, yet vulnerable poses that invite both softness and strength, just like love itself. You’ll be supported with sweet, slow movements, relaxing breathwork, and themes of self-love and care woven throughout.

As you sink into a long, luxurious savasana, enjoy soothing hands-on assists and the healing sounds of the crown chakra sound bowl and chimes. This sound healing will open space for peace, clarity, and a deeper connection to yourself and the world around you.

And because no Valentine’s Day is complete without a little indulgence… we’ll finish the class by enjoying locally handcrafted chocolate from Karat—a sweet treat to savor after a soul-nourishing practice.
