-The Sanskrit Mantras and their vibration- awakening devotion and inner radiance.
-The spiritual intention behind each movement and he breath.
-Creating your own daily Sadhana (specific spiritual practice) infused with gratitude, light and awareness.

This experience blends philosophy, chanting and movement - inviting you to connect body, breath and heart as one offering of devotion.

Amrika is a spiritual yoga teacher devoted to yoga as a path of presence, healing, and inner remembrance. Rooted in classical Hatha Yoga and Vedic wisdom, her classes weave movement, breath, mantra, and meditation as sacred practices that support both nervous system regulation and brain health. Pain Care Aware trained, she specializes in teaching students living with chronic pain, offering compassionate, evidence-informed practices that honor each body’s lived experience. Known for creating warm, inclusive spaces, Amrika teaches from love—inviting students to feel supported, restore trust in their bodies, and reconnect with the deeper intelligence within.
