Join Nicole for a quieter, more meaningful way to close one chapter and open the next.This curated 2-hour experience blends myofascial release techniques and Yin Yoga to help you unwind the tension of the year from your body, your breath, and your nervous system. Through slow, deliberate movement and somatic release, you’ll soften the edges of the year and create space for whatever comes next.To support and deepen your practice, each participant will receive a Yoga Tune Up® Alpha Ball to use throughout the workshop and to take home with you. This keeps the work going long after midnight.As the clock approaches twelve, you’ll be guided through a grounding meditation that dissolves the old year with your breath.
