I’m so happy to share this offering.

Reiki Level 1 is a two-day, in-person training rooted in Traditional Reiki and taught through a slow, embodied, and present approach. This training is less about rushing to do Reiki and more about learning how to be with energy — through awareness, breath, and connection to the body.

This training is led by Reiki Master Teacher Andrea Bertoia, a Reiki Master and Yoga Teacher, and founder of Perfect Balance Yoga & Healing Hub. Andrea brings a grounded, thoughtful, and respectful approach to Reiki, honoring both tradition and mindfulness.

Over the two days, you’ll explore:

• The foundations of Traditional Reiki
• Working with energy in a grounded, practical way
• Presence, mindfulness, and self-connection
• Hands-on practice for self-Reiki and working with others
• Receiving four Reiki Level 1 attunements
• Time for integration, rest, and questions

This training is open to anyone feeling drawn to Reiki for personal healing, deepening intuition, or beginning an energy practice that feels steady and sustainable. No prior experience is needed.
