This workshop is suitable for all ages, abilities, students and teachers from all yoga traditions.

We will practice fundamental yoga poses together and shine the light of awareness on our practice.

Leslie is a senior Iyengar yoga teacher who has been studying with the Iyengar family and other senior teachers since the early 70’s and brings these teachings down to earth for workshops on the relevance of these teaching in our daily lives.
