It then returned to Ireland, where it was assembled into three 225-litre casks—the first complete Irish oak whiskey casks to be coopered by Irish hands on Irish soil in more than a century.Peter and Mark will share the story behind the project, the Preston family link to local whiskey heritage, the specialist craft involved, and how native Irish oak can influence whiskey.Guests will also enjoy a unique side-by-side tasting of three very special Boann Distillery spirits.
