Restorative Sound Bath

Join us for a deeply restorative sound bath designed to help you unwind, release stress, and reconnect with your inner stillness. We’ll begin the session with a warm cup of calming herbal tea to ground your energy and prepare your mind for relaxation.

Immerse yourself in the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, gentle frequencies, and intentional sound designed to calm the nervous system and create space for clarity and peace.

A few yoga mats are available at the apothecary, but guests are encouraged to bring their own mat, pillow, blanket, and eye mask for a fully comfortable and nurturing experience.

Whether you’re new to sound therapy or returning for deeper healing, this session invites you to pause, breathe, and settle into presence.
