Peace of Mind: A Mental Health Gathering

Keller UMC will be hosting a mental health conference hosted by our Sacred Health Team on Saturday, January 24, 2026 from 9:00am to 12:00pm. Therapists from the community will be speaking on topics, such as caregiver fatigue, loneliness, trauma's effects on our bodies, teen cognition and how it affects behaviors.
