Find Your Holiday Hush — A 4-Week December Series
Mondays • December 1–22 • 7:15–8:00pm

Bid farewell to the holiday rush of over-scheduling, over-spending, and over-obligating—and say hello to a season shaped by pause, rejuvenation, and intentional joy.

Each Monday evening in December we’ll gather for a 45-minute gentle Hatha flow and guided meditation designed to quiet the nervous system and turn the attention inward. Every week centers a theme and invites reflection on how this season can positively shape your life:

Dec 1 — Hope · Clarify your hopes and intentions at the start of the month
Dec 8 — Trust · Trust that holiday magic is not for sale and can be created simply
Dec 15 — Joy · Locate pockets of joy even alongside grief or overwhelm
Dec 22 — Peace · Settle into the hush that follows the holiday build-up

Participants will also receive simple at-home practices—movement, breath, and micro-rituals—to help expand the hush beyond the studio and into the daily rhythm of the season.

• Non-members: $20 drop-in or $75 for the full 4-week series
