Raena Drayton, our nutritionist, takes the food side — what holds focus and energy through a school day, breakfasts that survive a real morning, keeping blood sugar steady, and what to reach for when everyone in the building is getting sick.

Inger Russ takes the nervous system side — what to do with a wound-up kid, how to help them find focus and calm before a test or a game, and how to bring yourself back down too. The tools she teaches work in a testing room, a locker room, and a car line.
