We’ve partnered with the Keller Police Department to offer a FREE Women’s Self-Defense Course on Wednesday, November 19th at Keller Police Department, 330 Rufe Snow Dr. (Enter through the front lobby). This course is open to women ages 18 and up at any fitness level, and no prior experience is necessary.
Led by Sergeant Torres, this comprehensive class is designed to equip participants with the practical tools and confidence needed to defend against potential threats. Whether you want to boost your confidence, improve your awareness, or learn essential self-defense techniques, this course covers all the critical aspects.
Course Objectives:
Predator Mindset
Situational Awareness
An Attack is Imminent: What Do You Do?
Basic Fighting Strikes Combative (Three Essential Strikes)
When to Remove Yourself from a Situation
Self-Defense Options/Tools
Staying Actively Aware in the Future
What to Know Before You Come:
Attire: Wear physical training attire or comfortable clothes
Bring: Water for breaks
Waivers: Please make sure to fill out waivers prior to attending
