Winter Solstice Yoga Hike

The winter solstice is the time of year where the days are the shortest and nights are the longest. It marks the official start of winter. In this, we are offering a new twist on a hike where we will take a break in the midst of our walk through the forest to enjoy a yoga class with some hike friendly sequences. If this sounds like your cup of tea, then come on and celebrate the first day of winter with us. Registration is not required but is preferred.
