This is a free introduction to walking with Tai Chi.

All you need is flat shoes or trainers and comfortable clothing, please dress for the weather on the day.
We will practice Tai Chi walking styles which will be alternated by intervals of paced walking.
The session includes: Introduction and Qi Gong warm up exercises - 30min Walking & Tai Chi - Qi Gong gentle stretches and cool down.
Your first session is free, other dates and venues will be scheduled each month you are welcome join these on a pay as you feel basis thereafter.
These walks are designed for attendees to try Tai Chi, we welcome beginners, or to improve Tai Chi steps, and experience Tai Chi outdoors with guidance.
If you wish after the session we can drop into Coffee and Crumbs for refreshments.
*Tai Chi is gentle meditational movements at a slow pace and the walking section will be done at your own pace.
