Our Postnatal Therapy Group, led by Helen Marshall, a qualified counsellor, hypnotherapist, and mum of two, offers a safe, supportive space to talk openly about:
👶 Transition into Motherhood: understanding the intense emotional and hormonal changes that follow birth.
👶Sense of Self & Identity: reconnecting with the parts of you that may have been lost or put on hold.
👶Mum Guilt & Anxiety: challenging the impossible standards society sets for mums and easing those “what if?” spirals.
👶Relationships & Support Networks: navigating changes in friendships, family, and partnerships, and building the village you deserve.
👶Birth Trauma: gently exploring difficult or unexpected birth experiences in a way that feels safe for you.
Sessions are one hour, and are held at ACT Counselling and Wellbeing in Keighley, West Yorkshire.
