Two sittings: 6 and 8 pm

This evening celebrates meat from our herd of Belted Galloway, reared just 500m from the pub. Joe from Lishman's Ilkley is on  hand to prepare the meat and talk you through the different cuts. 

You select your chosen cut and how you'd like it cooking and it goes to the kitchen to be prepared, then voila, you eat it! 

£15 per person plus the cost of the meat on the night. Meat priced per 100g and £ depends on the cut you go for. 

£15 deposit per person required at the time of booking to cover cost of sides served with the meat (chips, salads, condiments etc)
